Gate into upper pasture looing west showing easement. This is a part of the contention between the Avery family and Wayne Flick because he will not keep the gate closed and our cows get out. 

Same Gate looking northeast.

Good view both gates. Lola said J.B. gave a few feet of ground to make it easier to make the turn from the easterly easement into our land and onto the easement within our property.
